肖文交，男，1967年生，博士，研究員，博士生導師，中國科學(xué)院院士、美國地質(zhì)學(xué)會(huì )會(huì )士(GSA Fellow)，德國萊布尼茲科學(xué)協(xié)會(huì )會(huì )士(Member of the Leibniz Society of Sciences)。中國國家杰出青年基金獲得者（2007年），任科技部973項目首席科學(xué)家(2007年)、國家深地專(zhuān)項項目首席科學(xué)家（2017年）。長(cháng)期在中國北方及鄰區戈壁山區從事沉積大地構造學(xué)研究，圍繞造山帶結構及時(shí)限、造山方式與大陸增生機制等關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問(wèn)題，創(chuàng )建了中亞造山帶多向匯聚復式增生造山模型，提出了多島弧裂解-彎曲-拼貼是大陸增生的重要機制，發(fā)展了顯生宙大陸增生機制理論，解決了國際學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于造山作用長(cháng)期性與短暫性爭議，為全球造山帶的解剖提供了創(chuàng )新的研究思路和典型范例，在中亞造山帶構造格局和大陸增生機制等領(lǐng)域取得了系統性創(chuàng )新成果。?
在A(yíng)nnual Review of Earth and Planetary Sciences、Nature Communications、National Science Review、Geology、Tectonics等國際重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表研究論文300多篇，SCI總引用19537次，H指數65，第一作者單篇論文最高引用1212次，2010進(jìn)入全球地球科學(xué)家SCI論文高引用，2014年入選湯森路透“高引用科學(xué)家”并獲“中國引文桂冠獎”；同年入選Elsevier“中國高被引用學(xué)者榜單”，名列“地球科學(xué)與行星科學(xué)領(lǐng)域”第五，并連續多年保持前五排名。曾獲國家自然科學(xué)獎二等獎和新疆科技進(jìn)步獎一等獎、黃汲清青年地質(zhì)科學(xué)技術(shù)獎，獲國家杰出青年基金資助，入選國家百千萬(wàn)人才工程、首批國家特支計劃科技領(lǐng)軍人才，獲全國野外科技工作先進(jìn)個(gè)人稱(chēng)號。2017年入選美國地質(zhì)學(xué)會(huì )會(huì )士(GSA Fellow)，是該國際性地球科學(xué)組織的最高榮譽(yù)頭銜；2019年入選中國科學(xué)院院士；2020年5月榮獲全國創(chuàng )新?tīng)幭泉務(wù)隆?
